政治建设在党的建设中统领地位的分析

Analysis on the Dominant Position of Political Construction in Party Building

中国共产党十九大报告提出要以党的政治建设为统领,把党的政治建设提高到了一个新的阶段,统领党的各项建设。政治建设在党的建设中居于统领地位,是有着深刻的理论依据、经验依据和现实依据的。界定政治建设的统领需要从政治建设在党内所处的关键地位、政治建设如何统领共产党员以及政治建设如何统领党内其它方面建设来分析。最后,落实政治建设的统领地位,要培养政治意识,坚定政治立场;严明政治纪律,遵守政治规矩;培育政治文化,坚定政治信仰。

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that the Party＇s political construction should be taken as the lead,commanding the Party building,which has been improved to a new stage.There exists a profound theoretical basis,empirical basis and realistic basis to propose the political construction in the leading position in the Party＇s construction.To define the commanding of political construction,it need to be analyzed from the key position of political construction in the Party,how to guide Communist Party members in political construction,and how to guide the construction of other aspects within the Party.Lastly,to implement the commanding status of political construction,the political awareness should be cultivated and the political stand should be strengthened.Meanwhile,it is also of great significance to enforce the political discipline,abide by political rules,develop the political culture and firm the political belief.
