公民绿色素养的培育机制探究——基于对青岛市居民的问卷调查

Study on Cultivation Mechanism of Citizens' Green Literacy——Based on a Questionnaire of Residents in Qingdao

培育公民的绿色素养是建设美丽中国的重要抓手之一。采用社会调查方法对青岛市五区居民绿色素养现状进行调查分析发现,青岛市居民绿色素养普遍存在绿色知识认知程度尚浅,绿色意识仅停留在表面、缺乏深层次的思考,社会性绿色行为缺乏积极性和主动性的问题。针对这些问题,为提升青岛市居民绿色素养水平,公民应注重提高自身绿色知识、绿色意识、绿色行为的一致性,同时也要充分发挥政府、非营利组织、学校、媒体等外部引导机制的积极作用,双管齐下,进而促进绿色素养水平的有效提高。

Cultivation of citizen＇s green literacy is one of the crucial starting points for building a beautiful China.A research was carried out in five districts of Qingdao on people＇s current green literacy through a social investigation. The research reveals several problems,including people＇s inadequate green knowledge,shallow understanding of green awareness,and lack of enthusiasm to perform green social behaviors.Therefore,in order to improve the residents＇ green literacy,citizens need to promote the consistency of their green knowledge,green awareness and green behaviors. Meanwhile,it is also important to give full play to the positive role of external guidance mechanisms such as government,nonprofit organizations,schools and the media.Through resorting to the dual measures simultaneously,citizens＇ green literacy can be improved effectively.
