《论语》教育思想及其当代教育价值刍议

Discussing the Educational Thought of The Analects of Confucius and Its Value of Contemporary Education

纵观《论语》教育思想,从以"仁"为核心的教育指导思想出发,孔子提出培养"君子"的教育目标,将"文、行、忠、信"作为教育的主要内容,勉励学生运用学思结合的学习方法。依托《论语》文本内容的分析发现:"因材施教"的教育方式饱含人本主义的教育理念;"有教无类"的教育思想蕴含着全纳教育思想;分科教学的实施呼吁通识教育人才培养模式;启发式教学是落实以学为中心的教学实践的重要路径。由此,厘清《论语》教育思想及其价值取向,旨在探寻教育发展的根,把握教育发展的魂,挖掘《论语》精髓为今所用。

Looking at the educational thoughts of the Analects of Confucius,starting from the educational guiding ideology with ＂benevolence＂as the core,Confucius put forward the education goal of cultivating the＂gentleman＂and put＂literary,communicative,loyal,and faithful＂as the main content of education. Students use learning methods to combine learning methods. Relying on the analysis of the text content of The Analects,we found that the educational method of ＂teaching students in accordance with their aptitude＂is full of humanistic educational concepts; the ＂educational and non-categories＂educational ideology contains inclusive education ideas; and the implementation of sub-disciplines calls for general education personnel training model. Heuristic teaching is an important way to implement learning as a center of teaching practice. In view of this,to clarify the＂The Analects of Confucius＂educational thought and its value orientation,aims to explore the roots of educational development,grasp the soul of educational development,and tap the essence of ＂The Analects of Confucius＂for the present.
