糖基生物质生产食品化工产品研究进展探讨

摘要 在合理利用农作物副产品上,可将生物质作为原料,然后借助化工和生物技术从而制作并获取到化工产品,控制污染情况的发生。但当前此类产品并未有成熟的生产工艺和技术,因此在开发产品中技术约束问题仍然存在。本文对未来有可能商业化的几种生物质食品化工产品进行了综述,并阐明了其可所采取的工艺实际可行性,以及其未来市场的发展前景,同时指出现阶段食品化工产品生产期间存在的一系列技术难题;并对未来糖基生物质食品化工产品,所主要研究的方向进行了进一步的阐述。
