双重化配置的保护动作行为不一致时的分析

Analysis of Inconsistent Protection Actions of Dual Configuration

从现场运维实际出发,通过"横向对比"和"纵向对比"法,结合一次设备状态、保护波形、故障录波波形、二次回路状态等进行具体分析。以《电力系统继电保护及安全自动装置运行评价规程》为依据,对双重化配置的保护动作行为不一致的几个案例进行分析,总结归纳了几种不同的情况,对保护行为分析思路进行阐述,以供参考。

Adopting the methods of ＂horizontal contrast＂ and ＂vertical contrast＂, the primary device state, protection waveform, fault waveform and secondary loop etc. were analyzed based on the actual operation and maintenance in the field. According to the ＂Evaluation Rules of Operation and Evaluation of Power System Protection and Safety Automatic Device＂, several cases of inconsistent protective action of dual configuration were analyzed. Several different situations were summarized, and the analysis ideas of protection behavior were discussed for reference.
