某电厂#1机组VV阀自动开启原因分析及改进措施

摘要 针对某电厂#1机组VV阀自动开启现象,分析DCS通信信号翻转原因,梳理并完善重要控制器通信信号点,最后提出批量通信优化改进措施,确保通信信号的可靠性。 To solve the problem of automatic opening of VV valve in unit 1 of ABB system of a power plant, the cause of DCS signal inversion was analyzed. The signal points of important controller were checked and improved. The optimization measures for batch communication were proposed to guarantee the reliability of communication signal.
