研发一种互感器现场校验测试导线的集成线箱,解决互感器现场校验时测试导线接线混乱、接线效率低、易出错等问题,采用统一配线、统一编号的方法,提高接线效率及正确性;研发自动收线线盘,替代人工收线,达到接线简洁和收线快捷的目的。实践证明,集成线箱可规范测试导线的使用及管理,提高现场装备智能化水平,保证接线正确、快速、高效、易于检查。

To solve the problem such as confusion of wiring, low connection efficiency and error prone, a test lead integrated box for transformer field calibration was developed. To improve the efficiency and correctness of the connection, the method of unified wiring and unified numbering was used. Instead of manual take-up, the automatic wire coil was development to achieve the objective of easy connection and quick wiring. The test lead box was integrated. The use and management of test lead were Standardized. The intelligent level of field equipment was improved. The correct, fast and efficient wiring and easy checking function were implemented.
