摘要
为了确保35kV城马线路的安全运行,提高县城区供电可靠性,提出检修作业方案措施。首先从组织措施入手分析,阐述了城马线停电全线登杆检修作业技术措施;然后提出停电检修安全措施及安全风险预测,以期为相关人员提高应急处置能力提供一定的帮助。
In order to improve the safe operation of 35kV Chengma Line and improve the reliability of power supply in the county area, measures of overhauling operation were proposed. First of all, the technical measures of pole climbing overhaul operation was introduced based on the organizational measures. The safety measures of power outage overhaul and forecast of safety risk were proposed to provide some help for the related personnel to improve their capability of dealing with emergency.
