摘要 地方高校承担着为本地基础教育培养师资的重要任务。按照教育部《关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》要求,许昌学院致力于实践导向的人才培养路径探索,突出应用能力培养,优化实践教学体系,形成了"实践导向、反思引领、研习主导"三维叠加的教育教学能力培养体系,通过实施科学规范的多元考核评价制度,促进了人才培养质量的提高。 Local colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating teachers for local basic education. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education on "Vigorously Promoting the Reform of Normal Education Curriculum ",Xuchang University is committed to the exploration of a practice-oriented talent training path,highlighting the cultivation of application ability of the majors and optimizing the practice teaching system. The practical teaching system forms a three-dimensional superimposed training system of education and teaching ability that is "practical,reflective,and research-led". Also a scientific and standardized multiple-assessment evaluation system is executed,which helps promote the improvement of the quality of majors training.
