钛及钛合金冷轧薄板的板型控制研究

摘要 板形是板材的重要质量指标之一。以传统板形控制理论为基础,结合钛及钛合金材料加工特点,在HC轧机上通过调整中间辊窜辊量、正负弯辊力、轧辊倾斜、工艺润滑控制、轧辊速差、压下制度设定等方面因素,实现了钛及钛合金板材轧制过程中的板型的良好控制。分析可得:1)中间辊窜动量设置需在传统经验计算公式基础上进行修正处理;2)可以通过调整正负弯辊力大小来改善板型;3)合适的工艺润滑是保证获得良好板型不可或缺的条件;4)采用适合于钛及钛合金轧制加工的压下制度,能大大提升板型水平。综上所述,利用以上板型调整手段可获得平直度小于3 mm/m的钛及钛合金板材。 Shape is an important quality index plate.Based on the traditional shape control theory as the foundation,combined with the characteristics of rare metal processing,by adjusting the intermediate roll shifting,positive and negative bending roll force,roll tilt,process control,lubrication of roll speed difference,the pressure of the system setting and other factors in the HC mill,the good control of plate rolling process of titanium and titanium alloy in the.Analysis:1)the middle roll shift momentum settings needed in the traditional experience formula on the basis of the correction process;2)can be improved by adjusting the shape of positive and negative bending force size;3)suitable lubrication is guaranteed to obtain good flatness is an indispensable condition;4)using suitable for titanium and titanium alloy rolling processing the pressure of the system,can greatly enhance the board level. In summary,using the above pattern adjustment method,can obtain the titanium and titanium alloy plate flatness of less than 3 mm/m.
