摘要
中原储气库文23储8-1井由于二开井眼较小,无法下入技术套管扶正器,导致固井质量不合格。为解决这一问题,应用胜利油田钻井工艺研究院研制的YK系列扩眼器。成功在500~2 800 m的明化镇组、馆陶组、东营组、沙河街组地层进行扩眼,扩后电测结果显示井径达到设计要求,事后扶正器下入顺利,固井质量合格,成功解决存在问题。
Due to the smallness of second opening hole,technology casing centralizer can not get in smoothly,which leads to the failure of cementing quality. In order to solve this problem,YK series reamer which developed by Shengli oilfield drilling technology research institute was used. The reaming was carried out successfully in Minghuazhen formation, Guantao formation, Dongying formation and Shahejie formation. The well log result showed that the diameter of the hole meet the design requirements. The centralizer could run in hole smoothly and cementing quality qualified,which successfully solve the problem earlier.
