手机保护套制品的一种修边解决方案

摘要 以手机保护套为探讨对象,通过采用L9(34)正交表进行试验设计,探讨如何利用液氮修边机快速且有效地寻找影响制品修边效果的主次因素,即依次为工作温度、运作时间、喷射速度。并通过抽取手机保护套样品来检测其在冷冻修边前后的拉伸强度,得知测试数值并无明显变化,全部样品通过力学性能测试。 Using cell phone protective cover as study object,through the adoption of L9(34) orthogonal experiment design,discusses how to use liquid nitrogen trimming machine to find out the primary and secondary factors which influence products trimming effect quickly and efficiently,namely,in turn,to working temperature,operation time,injection speed.By taking the samples of the cell phone protective covers to detect the tensile strength before and after the frozen trimming,the test value did not change significantly,and all the samples were tested by mechanical property.
