摘要
曲柄在机构中除承受较大的动载荷之外,它还与其它零件联接,传递运动与方向,因此,曲柄零件相关部位加工精度就至关重要。通过对该零件的实践及分析,提出保证曲柄零件切削加工精度及切削加工效率的机械加工工艺方案。
In addition to bearing large dynamic loads,the crank is connected with other parts to transmit motion and direction,so the machining precision of the relevant parts is very important. Through the practice and analysis of the part,the paper studies and practices the mechanical process plan to ensure the cutting precision and cutting efficiency of the crank part.
