In parts product processing,parts with high accuracy and difficult to be processed by conventional methods are often encountered. This paper introduces a processing method for machining symmetrical eccentric holes and threads on a lathe,including the design of fixture,the principle of fixture design,and the process method of making fixture components. Through the design of fixture clamping processing method,the production efficiency is improved,the production cost is reduced,and the effect of the fixture design is achieved. It is the best processing plan at present.
