摘要 提出一种塔形结构在吊装过程中出现吊装结构与吊机臂杆最短距离不够的解决办法——斜吊装工艺。斜吊装工艺是让吊装结构倾斜起吊,结构顶部避开吊机臂杆,然后结构底部两个同轴的铰点先就位安装,吊机吊着结构让结构沿着下部两个铰点轴线旋转,同时吊机臂杆离结构距离越来越远,使结构合拢口的其余部分或铰点就位安装。 A new process that can effectively solve the problem of the shortage of the hoisting structure and the shortest safe distance of the crane arm in the process of hoisting--the slanting and hoisting process.The slanting hoisting process is to allow the hoisting structure to be tilted and lifted,the top of the structure avoids the boom of the crane,then the two coaxial hinges at the bottom of the structure are installed first,the crane hangs the structure to allow the structure to rotate along the axis of two hinges,at the same time,the distance between the crane arm rod and the center of gravity is more and more far away,the safety distance of hoisting and hoisting is getting bigger and bigger,the rest or hinges of the closure of a structure in place.
