摘要 军工行业印制电路板具有多品种、变批量、需求量大、元器件种类繁杂等特点。印制电路板设计、工艺与制造过程许多问题如果不能在前期得到预防,就会在制造阶段暴露,给生产制造过程带来很大负担,严重制约了生产周期和产品质量。从产品的质量管理、精益生产制造的角度寻求更多的方法来提高印制板电路板的设计、工艺与制造技术水平。以印制板设计、工艺、制造的流程为牵引,以Valor软件的审核为手段,以PDCA的质量管理方法为核心,建立审查、汇总、跟踪、反馈的有效机制,疏通设计、工艺、制造三者之间沟通渠道,为企业印制板可制造性设计、工艺、制造的发展打下基础。 Military industry printed circuit board with more variety,variable bulk,large demand,complex types of components and so on. Printed circuit board design,process and manufacturing process if many problems can not be prevention,it will be exposed in the manufacturing stage,the manufacturing process to bring a great burden,seriously hampered the production cycle and product quality. This article from the product quality management,lean manufacturing manufacturing point of view to find more ways to improve printed circuit board design,technology and manufacturing technology. In this paper,the design of printed circuit boards,process and manufacturing processes as traction. Valor software audit as a means to PDCA quality management methods as the core to establish an effective review,summary,tracking,feedback mechanism and to clear the design,technology,manufacturing communication between the three channels for the manufacture of PCB design,technology,manufacturing and lay the foundation for the development.
