摘要
探讨如何应用CAXA软件进行艺术品零件五轴数控加工编程,根据艺术品零件的几何结构确定合理的加工路线,针对不同几何特征选择合理的刀轴控制方式并设定加工参数;分析零件空间异形曲面加工和五轴曲面平行精加工等常用编程策略的特点和对应的刀轴控制方法,进一步拓展延伸五轴加工中心的应用领域,推动五轴数控编程加工工艺应用水平的提高。
This paper discusses how to use CAXA software for five-axis NC machining programming of art parts,according to the geometric structure of art parts to determine a reasonable processing route,according to different geometric characteristics to choose a reasonable tool axis control mode and set processing parameters. This paper analyzes the characteristics of common programming strategies such as spatial special-shaped surface machining and five-axis surface parallel finishing,and the corresponding tool axis control method,further expands the application field of extending five-axis machining center,and promotes the improvement of the application level of five-axis numerical control programming machining process.
