摘要
蜗杆砂轮磨齿机YA7232B采用交流同步电机开环调速系统,系统的动态性能较低.采用磁场定向控制FOC算法和反电势锁相环位置估算器(BEMF PLL),重构无传感器交流同步电机的速度和角度参数,设计逆变调速片上系统(So C).经电气系统的技术改造、调试、验证和检测,结果表明采用的设计方法提高了磨齿机的齿轮加工精度和综合电气性能.
Because the worm gear grinding machine YA7232B adopts the open-loop speed regulation system of the AC synchronous motor, its dynamic performance is relatively poor. This research uses the field-oriented control FOC technology and the BEMF PLL estimator, and redesigns the speed and angle parameters of a sensorless AC synchronous motor as well as the SoC inverter. Through the technical transformation, debugging, verification and inspection of the electrical system, this new design has improved the machining accuracy and comprehensive electrical performance of the gear grinding machine.
