摘要 对涂层镍基高温合金进行一系列实验研究来评估涂层抗氧化能力,采用静态增重法绘制了氧化动力学曲线,结合X射线仪对处理后的涂层镍基高温合金表面组成成分进行分析,通过扫描电子显微镜实验观察了处理后的氧化膜状态和截面形貌,氧化膜均匀致密,氧化动力学曲线也近似呈抛物线规律,提高了合金抗氧化性能。 The implementation of a series of experiments on the coating of nickel based alloy,to evaluate the antioxidant ability of coating,mainly using static weight method,the oxidation kinetics curve drawing,coating of nickel based high temperature alloy after surface treatment composition was analyzed with X ray film,state and section morphology after treatment was observed by scanning electron microscope experiment that film is uniform and compact,the oxidation kinetics curve is approximately a parabolic law,the oxide film is uniform and dense,improves the oxidation resistance of the alloy.
