摘要
本文基于矿用液压支架千斤顶的技术标准,研究缸筒工艺改进方法。新工艺方法主要体现在对加工设备、工序流程等方面的改进上,以达到提高零件加工精度,减少工人劳动强度,提升产品质量的目的。
Based on the technical standard of jack for hydraulic support, the improvement of cylinder technology was studied in this paper. The new process method is mainly embodied in the improvement of processing equipment, process flow and so on, in order to improve the precision of parts processing, reduce labor intensity and improve the quality of the product.
