摘要 以M1432B万能外圆磨床的头架为研究对象。首先对SolidWorks三维模型局部简化。采用有限元ANSYS对其进行模态分析,获取前7阶固有频率及位移振型图,结合有限元模态分析结果对其结构进行了改进。在头架的罩子上添加了两块肋板与头架整体相连接,从而提高了头架的整体刚度。改进后的头架各阶模态频率有所提高,改进前后头架的振型变化较大。为机床的优化设计和技术改进提供重要的参考依据。 M1432B universal cylindrical grinding head frame is taken as specific object. First, simplify the SolidWorks 3D model. Use finite element software ANSYS to carry out modal analysis for the first seven order natural frequency and displacement modes diagram. The structure is improved by finite element modal analysis. Combined with the finite element model for analysis, its structure is improved. On the cover of the head frame, two ribs are connected with the head frame, so as to improve its overall stiffness. Each order modal frequency of improved head frame is somehow increased, and head frame vibration mode changes before and after improvement. It provides an important reference for the optimization design and technical improvement of the machine tools.
