基于Inventor和Mastercam的减速器箱体设计及自动编程

摘要 为借助计算机辅助实现复杂零件毛坯的数控加工程序编制,以减速器箱体的加工为例,利用Mastercam进行自动编程,提出Inventor和Mastercam一体化的应用思路。即在Inventor中建立减速器箱体毛坯的三维模型,通过数据转换将毛坯模型信息导入到Mastercam中,进行刀具路径规划,并对铸件毛坯进行切削模拟。观察模拟切削过程可知刀路是否合理,进而生成减速器箱体加工程序。结果表明Inventor和Mastercam配合应用是可行的,弥补了使用单个软件的局限性,解决了复杂形状铸件毛坯数控加工中的自动编程问题,提高了编程效率。 In order to realize NC machining program of complex parts blanks by means of computer aids, this paper utilizes Mastercam to program automatically and takes the reduction case as an example. The idea of integrating Inventor and Mastercam is put forward, which is, creating a 3 D model of reducer blank in Inventor, importing blank model information into Mastercam by converting the data, planning tool path and simulating the cutting of the casting blanks in Mastercam. By observing the simulation cutting process, the tool path is reasonable, and then the process program of the reducer box is generated. It shows the fact that the application of Inventor and Mastercam is feasible, thus making up for the limitation of using a single software, offering solution to the problem of automatic programming in NC machining of complex shape castings, and improving the programming efficiency.
