摘要 以某款商用车麦弗逊式前悬架为研究对象,运用ADAMS/Car建立麦弗逊式前悬架的多体动力学模型,进行了平行轮跳工况下悬架K&C特性的仿真分析。并结合工程经验,在ADAMS/Insight中以硬点坐标为设计变量,以悬架K&C特性为目标变量,结合二水平分析法进行优化。结果表明,优化结果理想,改善了悬架性能。 A model of McPherson suspension of commercial vehicle as the research object, using ADAMS/Car McPherson, suspension multibody dynamics model is established, and the suspension K&C characteristics under the condition of parallel round jump are simulated and analyzed. Combined with engineering experiences, in ADAMS/Insight, hard point coordinates as design variables, suspension K&C characteristics as variables, optimization is carried out combined with the two-level analysis method. Results show that optimization results are ideal, and the suspension performance is improved.
