摘要
铸件经铸造后表面会产生飞边、毛刺,机械加工前需要清理掉。分析了目前铸件飞边、毛刺的清除方法,设计了一种铸件自动循迹浮动磨边装置。采用该铸件自动循迹磨边浮动装置可以解决铸造飞边、毛刺尺寸过大,造成损坏刀具或机器等问题。按照铸件的尺寸形状磨削飞边和毛刺,具有制造成本低、生产效率高、操作简单、使用方便等优点,解决了手工磨边对人体造成严重污染等问题。
After casting, the surface of castings will cause problems of fins and burrsr, which need to be cleared off before machining. This paper analyzes several existing deburring methods of castings and designs a floating installation, which castings can be automatically tracking polished. The commissioning of the device can effectively alleviate a series of problems, such as oversize fins and burrs, tool or machine damage, etc. Grinding fins and burrs on the basis of size and shape of castings has some merits, like low manufacturing cost, high efficiency, simple operation, userfriendly, etc. which can solve the problem of pollution to human beings caused by hand edging.
