摘要
为准确分析牛头刨床六杆机构的运动学和动力学性能,工程中需要考虑切削阻力及运动副反力对机构动态特性的影响。本文提出了对其运动学和动力学的理论分析及虚拟样机的建模方法。实例中,对牛头刨床运动至特定位置时滑枕的动力学方程进行求解计算,利用ADAMS建立机构模型,仿真计算关键杆件的位移、速度、加速度并以图像形式输出其随时间变化规律曲线,与动力学方程数据进行对比,为工程应用中牛头刨床机构的结构设计参数和工作参数等的确定提供理论依据。用分离体法分析机构运动副反力和原动件的平衡力矩,为机构的设计和力分析提供理论基础。
In order to accurately analyze the kinematics and dynamics performance of the six bar linkage of the shaper, it is necessary to consider the influence of cutting resistance and reaction force on the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism. This paper presents a theoretical analysis of its kinematics and dynamics and a method of modeling a virtual prototype. In the example, the dynamic equation of the ram is calculated and calculated when the gouging machine moves to a specific position. The ADAMS is used to establish the mechanism model, and the displacement, velocity, acceleration of the key rods are simulated and the time-dependent curve is output in the form of an image. Comparing with the dynamic equation data, it provides a theoretical basis for determining the structural design parameters and working parameters of the boom planer in engineering applications. Separation body method is used to analyze the mechanism reaction counterforce and the balance moment of the original moving parts, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and force analysis of the mechanism.
