摘要
铁路自助售票机、自助取票机的堆叠送票模块采用曲柄摇杆机构,有必要分析该机构如何准确实现预想运动规律的优化设计。当曲柄作等速旋转运动时,要求摇杆按规定的运动规律运动。在优化过程中,要设定好设计变量,选择约束条件数学模型,运用简面体爬山法和通用全局优化算法对约束方程进行求解,获得可行域内的最优解。
The stacking ticket delivery module for railway self-service vending machines and self-service ticket collection machines adopts a crank-and-rocker mechanism. It is necessary to analyze how the mechanism accurately realizes the optimized design of the expected movement law. When the crank rotates at a constant speed, the rocker is required to move according to a prescribed movement law. In the optimization process, design variables should be set, mathematical models of constraints should be selected, and constraint equations should be solved by using the method of lifting the hill with the simple surface and universal global optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal solution in the feasible region.
