摘要 为了确保数控机床的精度,需要对数控机床的滚珠丝杠性能退化进行有效评估。因此,有必要分析滚珠丝杆在线监测系统、动态聚类处理技术以及数控机床滚珠丝杠副性能退化评估技术。 In order to ensure the precision of CNC machine tools, the performance degradation of the ball screw of CNC machine tools should be effectively evaluated. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the on-line monitoring system of the ball screw, the dynamic cluster processing technology and the performance degradation evaluation technology of the ball screw of CNC machine tools.
