摘要
建立了3D喷墨打印机两喷嘴喷头的具体参数模型,试验验证了压电陶瓷变形与电压的一般关系。基于压电陶瓷尺寸的选择,设计了二级柔性铰链放大驱动机构,在胡克定律的基础上,得出了变形量与输出端阻力之间的关系。
The specific parameters of dual nozzle of 3D inkjet printer are established. The experiment verifies the general relationship between piezoelectric ceramics deformation and voltage. Based on the size of the piezoelectric ceramic, a twostage flexible amplified hinge mechanism is designed. On the basis of Hooke's law, the relationship between the deformation and external force is obtained.
