摘要
选择推力球轴承51206为研究对象,通过设置点蚀凹坑模拟早期故障,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力分析环境中合理安排边界条件、摩擦系数、接触、载荷等条件,建立有限元模型。通过研究后处理应力云图与关键节点位移、等效应力曲线,总结了正常故障轴承的异同。该研究方法为该类轴承的早期故障诊断、状态检测提供了一定的理论参照。
In this paper, thrust ball bearing 51206 was chosen as research object with a tiny pit to simulate early malfunction. Using explicit dynamics method in ANSYS/LS-DYNA, after well considered such as boundary conditions, friction, contact, loads and so on, the FEM model was built. By studying post processing stress cloud chart and key node displacement and equivalent stress curve, the similarities and differences between normal failure bearings are summarized. This method provided some certain reference in status monitoring and malfunction diagnosis of thrust ball bearing.
