摘要
采用等离子堆焊技术在低碳钢表面制备Ni60复合堆焊粉末,对低碳钢进行表面改性,分析比较堆焊层的显微组织和表面性能。采用金相显微镜、能谱仪、硬度计等设备观察测试改性层表面性能。结果表明,镍基作为粘结相和强化相弥散在堆焊层中,与堆焊层中碳化物的硬质相,显著提高了堆焊层的耐磨、硬度等性能,同时Ni60复合合金在基体表面均匀分布,显著提高了工件的性能。
The Ni60 composite surfacing powder was prepared on the surface of low carbon steel by plasma welding technology. The surface modification of low carbon steel was made, and the microstructure and surface properties of the surfacing layer were analyzed and compared. The surface properties of the modified layer were observed by metallographic microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and hardness tester. The results show that the nickel base is dispersed in the surfacing layer as the bonding phase and the strengthening phase. It has a hard phase with the carbide in the surfacing layer, which significantly improves the wear resistance and hardness of the surfacing layer. At the same time, Ni60 composite alloy distributed evenly on the surface of the matrix, which significantly improved the performance of the workpiece.
