摘要 没有缺陷的材料是没有的,不产生缺陷的加工方法是不存在的,所有零部件都是经过多种加工工序制造的。其中,应用广泛的机械焊接结构也必然存在缺陷,故对其缺陷的精准检测对后续质量的把控显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍了机械焊接结构的主要缺陷类型、无损检测技术的优点和常用类型,供相关工程人员参考。 There are no defective materials. No defect processing methods exist. All parts are manufactured by various processing procedures. Among them, the wide application of mechanical welding structure will inevitably have defects, so the accurate detection of its defects is particularly important for the subsequent quality control. The main defects of the mechanical welding structure, the advantages of nondestructive testing technology and the common types are introduced in this paper, which can be used for reference by the relevant engineers.
