面向高效低碳的机械加工工艺路线多目标优化模型分析

Analysis of multi Objective Optimization Model for Machining Process Route for High Efficiency and Low Carbon

摘要 当前,机械设备产品的加工工艺路线规划存在问题。从实践角度出发,分析了多目标优化模型构建方法,并提出了优化控制的方法策略。实践结果表明,运用面向高效低碳的机械加工工艺路线多目标优化模型时,人们应明确产品加工特征,对优化模型进行计算求解,进而确定最佳的加工工艺规划路线。 At present, there are some problems in the processing route planning of mechanical and equipment products. From the practical point of view, the construction method of multiobjective optimization model is analyzed, and the method and strategy of optimizing control are put forward. When using the multi-objective optimization model of high efficiency and low carbon machining process, we should define the characteristics of product processing, calculate and solve the optimization model, and then determine the best process planning route.
