摘要
采煤工作面自动化系统在教学矿井的应用实现了综采工作面的集中控制,为进一步打造智能无人工作面奠定了基础。系统以教学矿井工业以太环网为信息传输链路,对工作面三机进行改造,增加部分辅助系统,实现了对综采工作面中采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支架的远程控制,提高了岗位及设备工作效率,减少了岗位操作员工,降低了员工劳动强度和设备事故率,整体提高了矿井信息自动化水平,实现了减员增效、降低成本的目的,提升了矿井整体生产水平。
The application of coal mining face automation system in the teaching of mines has achieved centralized control of the fully mechanized mining face, laying the foundation for further building an intelligent unmanned face. The system uses the teaching Ethernet industry Ethernet ring network as the information transmission link to reconstruct three working planes and add some auxiliary systems to achieve remote control of the coal mining machine, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support in the fully mechanized coal mining face. The work efficiency of the post and equipment has been improved, the post operation staff have been reduced, the labor intensity and equipment accident rate of the employees have been reduced, the automation level of the mine information has been improved overall, the purpose of downsizing, efficiency increase and cost reduction have been achieved, and the overall production level of the mine has been improved..
