摘要
受消费者欢迎的竹制品加工中,竹片颜色分拣是生产中重要的工序。通过对竹片颜色自动分选系统机械结构和PLC控制装置的优化设计,实现了PLC对机械分选部分上料、传动、分选、入库的过程控制。利用软件对上、下位机的通信和联机调试进行了虚拟仿真,验证了整个系统在PLC的控制下运行的可靠性和稳定性,缩短了系统开发周期。
In the processing of bamboo products welcomed by the consumers, the color sorting of bamboo slices is an important process in the production. By optimizing the mechanical structure and PLC control device of bamboo color automatic sorting system, PLC realizes the process control of feeding, transmission, sorting and warehousing of mechanical sorting parts. The software is used to simulate the communication and online debugging of the upper and lower computer. The reliability and stability of the whole system under the control of PLC are verified, and the development cycle of the system is shortened.
