摘要
槲皮素是从自然界植物中提取的一种天然活性物质,有许多重要的生物活性,其多功能性、无抗药性和无残留等特点在畜禽养殖行业中备受关注。文章主要从槲皮素的生理功能及其作为蛋鸡饲料添加剂的应用等方面作以综述。
Quercetin is a natural active substance extracted from natural plants. It has many important biological activities.Its multifunctional, no resistant and no residual characteristics have attracted much attention in livestock and poultry breeding industry.In this paper, the physiological functions of quercetin and application as feed additives for laying hens were reviewed.
