中华竹鼠商品代和终端父系肉用生产性能比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Meat Production Performance of Commercial and Terminal Paternal Rhizomys sinensis Gray

为评估商品代中华竹鼠生产性能,选择商品代中华竹鼠和终端父系中华竹鼠各120只,每组随机分为3个重复,每个重复40只,在相同的环境下饲养,统计两组的肉用生产性能。结果表明,商品代中华竹鼠的断奶成活率和成年成活率分别比终端父系高1.7%和2.1%,断奶均匀度和成年均匀度分别比终端父系高1.3%和1.6%,断奶公鼠和成年公鼠的体重分别比终端父系高17.3和53.4 g·只^(-1),断奶母鼠和成年母鼠的体重分别比终端父系高15.2和52.1 g·只^(-1),3个肉用生产性能指标均显著优于终端父系中华竹鼠(P<0.05),表明中华竹鼠商品代竹鼠配套生产模式是可行的。

To evaluate the meat performance of commercial and terminal paternal Rhizomys sinensis Gray, 120 paternal Rhizomys sinensis Grays and 120 commercial Rhizomys sinensis Gray were selected respectively. Each group was randomly divided into 3 repetitions, each repeated 40, and the meat production performance of two groups was counted. The survival rate and adult survival rate of commercial Rhizomys sinensis Gray were 1.7% and 2.1% higher than that of the terminal parents, respectively, and the weaning uniformity and adult homogeneity were 1.3% and 1.6% higher respectively than that of the terminal parents. The weight of each weanling male rat and adult male rats was higher 17.3 and 53.4 g respectively than that of the terminal parents, and the weight of each weaned and adultfemale mice were higher 15.2 and 52.1 g respectively than that of the terminal parents. The results showed that survival rate, weight and uniformity of commercial Rhizomys sinensis Gray were significantly better than paternal Rhizomys sinensis Gray（P〈0.05）. The production mode of commercial Rhizomys sinensis Gray was feasible.
