人力资本对湖南省经济增长影响的实证研究

Empirical study of effect of human capital on economic growth of Hunan Province

通过对相关文献综述的梳理,建立起人力资本对经济增长影响作用的计量经济学模型,根据湖南省2005—2016年的统计数据,对人力资本与湖南省经济增长的相关关系进行实证研究。结果表明,人力资本对湖南省经济增长的促进作用非常明显,并且还存在着较大的提升空间。从实证研究结果出发,在我国现实情况基础上,进一步提出增加人力资本投资,合理利用、合理配置及管理人力资本等方面提出相关政策建议。

Through the review of relevant literature, the article establishes an econometric model of the effect of humancapital on economic growth, and makes an empirical study of the relationship between human capital and economic growthbased on the statistical data of Hunan Province from 2005 to 2016. The results show that human capital plays a veryimportant role in promoting economic growth of Hunan Province and there is much room for improvement. Based on theempirical results and actual situation of China, it further puts forward the policy recommendations to increase human capitalinvestment and optimize the utilization, allocation and management of human capital.
