混合社会组织多重身份的生成机理研究——基于社会烙印动态性视角

Research on Multiple Identities Generation Mechanism of Hybrid Social Organizations: Based on the Dynamic Characteristics of Social Impacts

混合社会组织作为一种商业-公益的新型组织方式,能够有效缓解纯粹的商业组织或公益组织对社会问题解决的困境,受到政府、公益组织和商业组织等不同领域主体的广泛关注。混合社会组织试图将不同的、冲突性的目标和逻辑融合起来,不可避免地会面临多重身份困境,产生"我是谁"的疑惑。本文从社会烙印及其动态性出发,考察混合社会组织的多重身份及其生成机理。基于多案例比较发现:(1)混合社会组织的多重身份存在显著的差异性,可以区分为效用主导型身份、规范主导型身份和双重兼容型身份三种多重身份类型;(2)混合社会组织在心智烙印、工具烙印和网络烙印三方面的变化导致其社会烙印的动态性,从而形成上述差异化的多重身份类型。(本研究结论有助于指导混合社会组织实践,为推动社会问题的解决贡献更大的力量。)

As a new way of linking business and charity, hybrid social organizations can effectively ease the difficulties of commercial organizations or nonprofit organizations in solving social problems , widely focusing on different areas of the world, such as the government, commercial organizations and nonprofit organizations. Hybrid social organizations try to combine different and conflicting goals with logic, but inevitably face the plight of multiple identities, thus a question of ’who I am ’ is created. This article starts from the social imprinting and its dynamics, examining multiple identities formation mechanisms of hybrid social organizations.Based on a number of case comparisons, the following findings are obtained：①There are significant differences in the multiple identities of hybrid social organizations, which can be divided into three types： utility／｜oriented identity, norm／｜oriented identity and dual／｜compatible identity（both utilitarian and normative organizational identities）;②The three changes of hybrid social organizations in the mental imprint, tool imprint and network imprint lead to the social imprint of the dynamics, thus forming the above differentiated multiple identity type.The conclusions of this study will help to answer the question about the identity of the hybrid social organization to “Who I am”, making it get out of the plight of identity, and contribute more to the resolution of social issues.
