沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作效果探讨

Efficacy of Salbutamol Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的:针对支气管哮喘急性发作患者采用沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:抽取笔者所在医院2016年5月-2017年7月收治的94例急性发作的支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,给予其沙丁胺醇吸入溶液治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上,给予布地奈德混悬液吸入溶液治疗。对比两组患者的疗效、肺功能及主要症状改善时间。结果:经治疗,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.872 4,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者肺活量、1秒用力呼气容积及呼气流速峰值等显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.743 5、4.082 4、4.627 3,P<0.05)。观察组患者咳嗽、胸闷气短及哮鸣音的改善时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.013 7、6.048 2、6.239 4,P<0.05)。结论:采用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇吸入溶液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果显著,能够极大地提升患者肺功能,迅速有效地缓解其哮喘症状,并且具有良好的安全性。

Objective：The curative effect of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma were discussed.Method：A total of 94 cases of acute bronchial asthma patients were selected in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 as the research object,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and Salbutamol Inhalation solution was given.The patients in the observation group were treated with Budesonide Suspension solution on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,pulmonary function and main symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ X2=6.872 4,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the vital capacity,the 1 second forced expiratory volume and the peak expiratory flow rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（t=4.743 5,4.082 4,4.627 3,P〈0.05）.The improvement time of cough,chest tightness,shortness of breath and wheezing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=6.013 7,6.048 2,6.239 4,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Budesonide and Salbutamol Inhalation solution in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma is significant.It can greatly improve the lung function of the patients,quickly and effectively relieve the symptoms of asthma,and it has good safety.
