持续光照对大鼠血糖和体重的影响

Effects of Continuous Light on Blood Glucose and Body Weight in Rats

目的:探讨不同光照时间对大鼠血糖和体重的影响。方法:将30只清洁级健康SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(正常昼夜节律)和持续光照组(24 h人工光照组)。在实验第30天监测大鼠体重和尾静脉血糖的变化。结果:实验第30天,持续光照组的血糖明显比正常对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验期间两组大鼠体重变化差异显著,光照组大鼠平均体重增长速度明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光照时间延长可引起大鼠血糖和体重不稳定或异常升高,异常光照可能是影响高血糖发生发展的风险因素。

Objective：To investigate continuous light on blood glucose and body weight in rats.Method：30 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group（normal circadian rhythm）,and the continuous light group（all day long artificial light were changed）.The changes of body weight and blood glucose of tail vein were monitored at 30 th days after experiment.Result：At 30 th day during the experiment,blood glucose of continuous light group was significantly higher than normal control group（P〈0.05）.During the experiment,there was statistical significance difference between the two experimental groups in weight,the average weight gain rate of the light group was higher than that of the normal group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Prolonged exposure to light may cause blood glucose and body weight instability or abnormally elevated in rats.Abnormal light may be a risk factor for the development of hyperglycemia.
