肺癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其具有病理机制复杂、发病率高、早期症状无特异性、治疗效果差等特征。随着医疗技术的发展,发现肿瘤标志物有利于协助临床诊断,其具有无创性、操作简单、可重复性等优点,故笔者特进行此次综述,具体内容如下。

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China.It has the characteristics of complex pathological mechanism, high incidence,early symptoms,and poor treatment effect.With the development of medical technology,it is found that tumor markers are helpful for clinical diagnosis.They are non-invasive,simple and repeatable.Therefore,the author carried out the research as follows.
