摘要
基于子行驱动下的图像显示因低灰阶数据的丢失造成图像对比度的下降,直方图均衡算法是一种常用的提高图像对比度的增强方法,但由于均衡化后的亮度饱和效应,增强后的图像不适于应用于电子显示设备。因此提出一种基于灰度级频数,亮度均值为强调因子的动态直方图均衡算法,在提高图像对比度的同时,保持均衡前后图像的亮度稳定性。
The decline of image contrast which is caused by the loss of low gray-scale image data bases on the sub-row driving. Histogram equalization algorithm is commonly used to improve the image contrast enhancement. But due to the saturation of intensities,the enhanced image is not very well suited to be implemented in consumer electronics. Therefore, a dynamic histogram equalization algorithm which bases on the total pixels contained in that sub-histogram and the mean brightness as amount of emphasis given on total pixels is proposed. To make sure that the algorithm successfully enhances the contrast of image and maintains the mean input brightness at the same time.
