介绍了一种基于NI OPC Servers的通讯方式,它应用于工业测试软件Lab VIEW与各大厂家PLC控制器之间的数据通信,针对目前较为广泛的工业现场控制,提出一种基于NI OPC技术的Lab VIEW与三菱FX3U PLC之间的通讯方法。该方法可以有效建立起三菱PLC控制器与上位机软件Lab VIEW之间的数据通讯,能够实时通过NI OPC读写PLC控制器的内容,起到上位机管理下位机的功能,系统操作界面友好,具有较好的项目实用价值。

This paper describes a communication method based on NI OPC Servers,which is used in the data communications between the most popular industrial test software-Lab VIEW and the PLC controllers of various manufacturers.In view of the current extensive field control in industry,give a communication method between Lab VIEW and Mitsubishi FX3 U PLC based on ni opc servers.The method can effectively establish the data communication between the Mitsubishi PLC controller and the Lab VIEW software of the host computer,and can read and write the contents of the PLC controller in real time through NI OPC,play the function of the slave computer under the host computer management.
