摘要
在自动化焊接技术快速发展的背景下,提出了一种基于图像处理的自动化焊接缺陷特征提取与焊接质量分析方法。在采集焊接图像后,运用图像预处理、图像增强、背景分割,二值化处理和轮廓提取等图像处理技术,有效地提取出了焊接后工件中的焊接缺陷特征,并计算缺陷面积,对缺陷程度进行了分级。对多幅焊接图像进行试验,验证了该方法在实际运用场景中是有效可行的,为自动化焊接质量的监测问题提供了新的思路。
With the rapid development of auto welding,a method based on image processing is proposed to extract defect features and analyze welding quality.The use of image processing techniques like image pre-processing,background segmentation,binarization and contour extraction on the pictures of the work-pieces can extract features of the failed workpieces effectively and divide them into different levels according to the features areas.Several pictures are used to prove that this method will well behave on different conditions.It provides a new idea to deal with problems in welding field.
