摘要
为提高汽车燃油通风阀的控制性能,开发了一套基于PLC控制器的流量检测系统。通过对燃油通风阀流量检测特性及功能需求进行分析,选择了利用层流管作为系统的流量检测元件,提出了系统基于PID调节的整体控制方案,同时对系统所涉及的关键性技术进行了研究,包括工件两端压差调控技术、数据存储技术等。最终生产表明检测系统功能完善,所得测试结果稳定可靠,为燃油通风阀的开发提供了试验论证和保障。
This paper analyzes the flow detection characteristics and function requirements of TEV,and uses the laminar flow tube as the flow detection element of the device,and proposed the overall control scheme of the system based on PID regulation.It researches on the technology of the pressure differential control at both ends of TEV,the data storage technology.The final production shows that the testing system has perfect functions and test results are stable and reliable.
