抗吸附型聚羧酸减水剂在硅质石粉中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了两种PCA聚羧酸减水剂对硅质石粉的影响,通过砂浆流动度、吸附行为测试,比较了普通型PCA与抗吸附型PCA-kx之间的性能区别。结果表明:硅质石粉含量超过9%时,砂浆流动度存在较大损失,抗吸附型PCA-kx在水泥颗粒表面具有优先吸附的作用,当硅质石粉含量不超过12%时,具有较好砂浆流动度保持作用。 The effects of two kinds of PCA polycarboxylate water reducers on sisiliceous stone powder were studied.The performance difference between ordinary PCA and anti- adsorption PCA-kx was tested by fluidity of cement mortarand adsorption behavior. The results show that when the content of sisiliceous stone powder is more than 9%, there is agreat loss of mortar fluidity,and anti-adsorption PCA-kx has preferential adsorption on the surface of cement particles.When the content of sisiliceous stone powder is no more than 12%, it has better mortar fluidity retention.
