摘要
如何采取有效措施治理污损土地,促使土地发挥自身的价值,是当前相关人员值得深思的课题。文章阐述了污损土地与污染土地修复的现状、基本概念、政策导向和污损土地修复的技术手段,并就当前存在的问题提出几点建议。
It is a subject that how to take effective measures to control the soil erosion, and promote the land to use itsown value, which is pondering for the current relevant personnel. This paper expounds the current situation, the basicconcept, and the policy orientation and technical means of soil restoration, and puts forward some suggestions on the existing problems.
