摘要
墩顶转体工法是近年来工程作业中一种新的施工方法,它的出现解决了传统方式中一些问题。该方法具有对既有线路基扰动小、施工风险低、转体重量小及建设成本低等特点。本文以某铁路项目100m跨预应力混凝土连续箱梁墩顶转体为背景,阐述墩顶转体工法的主要施工技术以及一些具体的施工明细指标,并提出临近既有线路施工的主要安全防护技术。
The swivel pier construction method is a new attempt in the engineering work in recent years,which has solved some problems in many traditional methods,having the features of small disturbance on subgrade construction,low risk,small swivel weight and low construction cost. Taking the swivel of pier top of 100 m span stressed concrete continuous box girder of a railway project as a background,this paper expounds the main construction technology of the pier top rotation method and some concrete construction details index,and puts forward the main safety protection technology near the existed line construction.
