A Study on School-running Concepts of Application-oriented Colleges in the Context of Cultural Soft Power

文化软实力是一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分,也是一个民族创造力与凝聚力的来源。同时,文化软实力还关乎国家、民族的生存,决定着其未来的发展方向。应用型院校作为我国高素质人才的重要输出地,在我国文化软实力建设中起到不可或缺的作用,他们担负着开展科研、培养人才、服务社会这三大职能。因此,应用型院校的创建应重视文化软实力的实质,在文化软实力背景下走出一条创新的办学之路。

Cultural soft power,as the source of a country or a nation＇s creativity and cohesion,is a vital part of comprehensive national strength. Moreover,it concerns a nation＇s survival,determining the nation＇s future development. Application-oriented colleges,with an indispensable role in cultural soft power construction,are important output places of Chinese high-quality talents,and meanwhile,are performing the three functions of conducting scientific researches,training personnel and serving society. In that sense,application-oriented colleges need to attach much importance to the connotation of cultural soft power,and give creative concepts of school-running in the context of cultural soft power.
