摘要
以2018年合肥市不同层次高校的319个毕业生为研究对象,运用二元Logistic模型对合肥市高校毕业生就业流向及其影响因素进行回归分析。研究结果表明,学历和院校背景、户籍所在地、主要的社会关系、就业机会、城市印象这五个因素对合肥地区高校毕业生的就业流向有显著影响。因此,地方政府在制定相关的人才政策时,应充分考虑这些会影响毕业生就业流向的因素,对症下药,达到留住高校毕业生的目的。
This paper takes 319 graduates from different levels of colleges and universities in Hefei City in 2018 as the research object,and uses Binary Logistic Model to analyze the employment trends of college graduates in Hefei City and its influencing factors. The research results show that the five factors such as academic qualifications and academic background,household registration,major social relations,employment opportunities and urban impressions have a significant impact on university graduates' willing to stay in Hefei. Therefore,when formulating the talent policy,local governments should fully consider the influencing factors that will affect the employment trends of graduates and take measures to attract talents.
